SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

We will arrange shipment of works and Collectibles to the address provided at the time of purchase. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Ergodic Theory LLC assumes no responsibility for delay, damage, interference by customs authorities, or errors arising from an address incorrectly furnished by the purchaser.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be entertained under any circumstance. Variation in material, texture, tone, or form is not a defect but a distinction — the natural signature of a work produced with intention rather than by mechanical replication. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to investigate and dispute any chargebacks or claims of unauthorised transactions. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent restriction from the Service and legal action to recover losses, costs, and attorneys' fees.
